If we hold an event or meeting at T HOTEL, can attendees book rooms together?

Details
- Group and travel-agency bookings get special rates quoted by the sales department: tel. 04-2298-0080 ext. 9, or the sales department's LINE (https://lin.ee/5xCxv9h).
- The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day; you can leave luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out.
- Parking: Comfort, Deluxe and Executive rooms get a subsidy of up to NT$200 per day; tour coaches can park right beside the hotel, up to 9 at a time.
- Invoices: for payments made at the hotel, or on-site purchases such as added breakfast, tell the front desk your invoice and tax ID details when you pay.
