- Expense claims: for payments made at the hotel, or on-site purchases such as added breakfast, tell the front desk your invoice and tax ID details when you pay; for bookings already paid on booking sites (Agoda, Booking.com, Trip.com, etc.), the room invoice or receipt is issued by the platform, so please ask the platform's customer service.
- Handy information for traveling staff: the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day; all room types have free high-speed Wi-Fi; Comfort rooms and above have a 4K smart TV of 65 inches or larger (TVs in Economy rooms are being upgraded in stages); Economy and Comfort rooms and the Executive Suite have a desk and reading lamp.
