- Cancellation: for direct bookings on the hotel website, cancellation is free up to 3 days before check-in; cancelling within 72 hours before check-in is charged one night. For bookings made on booking sites, the site's own booking terms apply.
- Parking: the contracted car park fills up fastest on holiday evenings. If you park at another nearby paid car park, you can still claim the subsidy at the front desk the next day with an invoice or receipt issued with the hotel's tax ID number.
- The Taiwan government's domestic travel subsidy (for Taiwan residents only) applies only on weekdays (Sun–Thu) and cannot be used on national holidays or long weekends.
- Want to sleep in? Deluxe and Executive room types can check out as late as 12:00.
