- Economy Family Room: 12 ping (about 40㎡), two 200×200 cm extra-large double beds, Economy rooms are on floors 7–12, shower stall.
- Comfort Family Room: 12 ping (about 40㎡), two 200×200 cm extra-large double beds, Comfort rooms are on floors 7–15, shower stall.
- Deluxe Family Room: 13 ping (about 43㎡), two 200×200 cm extra-large double beds, city views from floors 15–23; Deluxe Twin, Deluxe Quad and Deluxe Family rooms have either a "freestanding bathtub" or a "separate shower stall", assigned according to the room you get and cannot be requested.
- Parking subsidy: Comfort and Deluxe get it, Economy does not. The Deluxe Family Room can also check out as late as 12:00.
